For more than 28 years, I have helped organizations navigate complex challenges, build sustainable solutions, and create meaningful change. My career began in behavioral health and human services, but quickly expanded into organizational leadership, strategic planning, operational development, compliance, program design, and business transformation.

Throughout my career, I developed a reputation as the person organizations called when the situation was complicated, the stakes were high, and the path forward was unclear. Whether leading organizational acquisitions, developing new programs, restructuring operations, navigating regulatory challenges, or supporting executive leadership teams, I became known as a trusted advisor and problem solver capable of bringing clarity to complexity.

What makes my approach different is that I do not view organizations as isolated departments or disconnected functions. I view them as systems. Operational challenges impact compliance. Leadership influences culture. Strategy affects performance. Sustainable solutions require understanding how all of these elements work together.

As Founder and CEO of Benegent Consulting, I bring almost three decades of executive leadership experience, systems thinking, and practical problem-solving to every engagement. My goal is simple: help organizations solve difficult challenges, strengthen their operations, and build a foundation for long-term success.
