Working collaboratively with executive leadership, Benegent Consulting has helped strengthen the organization's strategic foundation by developing a scalable core infrastructure and leadership framework that establishes clear executive authority, an integrated operating model, communication pathways, accountability structures, program oversight models, and future-state growth planning.

A key component of the engagement included preparing and coordinating the school's application and approval process, helping transform the concept from an idea into an operational educational program. Services included strategic planning, organizational development, business planning, operational design, and executive advisory support. In addition to consulting on the project, Deborah serves on the organization's Board of Directors, providing ongoing strategic guidance as Rancho Bella continues to grow and expand its impact.

Benegent Consulting partnered with Elevate Efficiency, a behavioral health-focused management and consulting organization, to support the development of its clinical training and workforce development initiatives. As part of the engagement, Benegent Consulting designed and authored foundational clinical training content for Elevate Efficiency's emerging training platform, creating the initial curriculum used to launch the application and support workforce development within the behavioral health sector.
In addition to content development, Deborah provided services as a Fractional Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), delivering clinical supervision, staff development, consultation, and professional training to client organizations served by Elevate Efficiency. The engagement combined behavioral health expertise, workforce development, and strategic collaboration to strengthen clinical capacity and support organizational success.
