Networking and positioning can give your agency an edge by creating opportunities where none had existed. We help you find grants and seek opportunity to grow business.

Our Services- As a full service grant consultant and project manager, we both write and help you manage your grant for the life of the grant as a package. This service helps you to be most successful with using your funding to build wealth and business opportunity that is sustainable beyond the grant period. In many cases, a large portion of the fees can be written into the grant through subcontracting creating a win/win situation.

Grant Project Development- The Subcontracting Partnership

Grants present great opportunities to expand business however they also require an expectation for success, reporting, and deliverables. Subcontracting professional services within the grant budget is a good way to pay for assistance through the life of the grant with no out of pocket expense. There are two key roles suited that are generally accepted:

                           Infrastructure Development and Data Collection/Reporting.

An Infrastructure Developer works to develop and expand the grant objectives and potential through individual agency guidance and community networking that targets gain in business growth, wealth, additional opportunities, long term sustainability, and future related funding.  In this role, continuous guidance, service, and action is given to make the most gain from the grant over the grant lifetime. Grant Project Development.

The role of Data Collection/Reporting is a continuous service to the grant project responsible for tracking and measuring required outcomes, development of outcome measures that will support future funding, and preparing timely reports for the fund source.

Co-Authored Grant Writing, Experiential Learning Through Doing

Knowledge is invaluable. Co-Authored Grant Services means writing a grant together in the form of experiential learning with guidance in a live project.
